Account deletion

Request deletion of your SawagIn account.

This page explains how merchants and drivers can request deletion of a SawagIn account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the phone number or account contact used for your SawagIn account, or include that phone number in your message.
  2. Use the subject line "SawagIn account deletion request".
  3. Tell us whether the request is for a merchant account, driver account, or both.

Data deleted

After verification, SawagIn deletes or anonymizes account profile data, login identifiers, device tokens, and non-required operational records associated with the merchant or driver account.

Data kept when required

Some delivery, billing, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where needed for legitimate business, tax, dispute, safety, or legal obligations. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to keep the deleted account active.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security needs.

Partial data deletion

You can also contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of specific personal data without deleting the account. We will review the request and confirm what can be deleted while keeping the account usable.
